Job Description

A growing company in the real estate / financial software industry, looking to hire a multi-talented individual as a Sales Project Manager.

Below are some of the responsibilities that we’re looking to have someone take, please let me know if you can think of anyone suitable, or if you want to get on a phone call to discuss it.

Responsibilities will include:
• Develop and fine-tune a sales strategy to find and go after new and bigger clients, and break into in new markets

• Develop strategic partnerships with related companies

• Develop a process, script and methodology to be used by the sales team

• Hire and train salespeople, and continue coaching the whole sales team

• Develop the sales pipeline (define stages, what needs to be done at each stage, etc)

• Work with the marketing team to develop material that fits the sales strategy

• Take the lead on specific projects and follow through on them with energy and focus.

• Projects examples include; dealing with new leads that were generated at a trade show, or an internal effort to get more tenants (from existing property management clients) to use our app.  

• Find ways to keep in touch with clients so we don’t lose them to competitors
