Facility in Bergen County, NJ and leader in the Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care industry, is currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Director/Staffing Coordinator. In this role, you will perform human resources and nursing department staffing.

 

Job Requirements

  • HR/Staffing Coordinator should have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and Microsoft Windows) as well as Internet skills.
  • Excellent communication /writing skills and the ability to engage staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Previous experience in a nursing home, hospital or medical office, preferred.
